With Cataclysm, the honorary titles from WoW Classic have found their way back into the game.&nbsp;If you are busy on the rated battlefields, you have the chance to call yourself Blade of the Horde or Captain.&nbsp;Unlike what was initially announced, you don't have to have any particular successes in the battlefields apart from a certain rating.&nbsp;It is enough if you have reached the threshold in the personal and team evaluation.

The titles are not reset at the end of an arena season.&nbsp;Once you have acquired the right to wear a certain title, you can always fall back on it.&nbsp;Note, however, that you can only display the highest rank you have earned.&nbsp;For example, if you want to be named a Knight of the Alliance, you must not fight too many rated battlefields.

With World of Warcraft: Cataclysm, Tol Barad has become an open battlefield. There is a regular battle between the Horde and the Alliance for supremacy on the island, similar to Lake Thousand Winter. It is important to conquer control points. If a faction occupies all control points, it has won and is rewarded with an area full of daily quests, special traders and a (PvE) raid instance.

Not new, but only since the last major content patch from Wrath of the Lich King, the open battlefields are limited.&nbsp;A system will now, like in the "normal" battlefields, balance the players on each side.&nbsp;With that, the times of triple superpowers are probably finally over.

Tol Barad is an archipelago off the coast of Gilneas that consists of two parts, but for the sake of simplicity it is simply called Tol Barad and the Tol Barad Peninsula. The battle for the island and its treasures takes place on the main island. In addition to the actual fortress, which is located directly in the middle (Baradin Fortress), there are a total of six other structures.

With Cataclysm, PvP emblems have completely disappeared from the game, replacing the so-called Honor and Conquest Points as PvP currency.&nbsp;Honor points are the normal PvP points, conquest points, on the other hand, are the high-level PvP points. Items that require personal evaluation will only be available in certain cases.&nbsp;More on this below in the&nbsp;PvP armor and weapon section without personal rating&nbsp;. When a new PvP season begins, all capture points are automatically converted to honor points, and all equipment from the previous season will be available for honor points.&nbsp;In addition, the "Requires a personal rating of ..." is removed from almost all items.&nbsp;Only a few cosmetic items will still require personal evaluation. In addition, there are now entry-level PvP sets that are manufactured by the professions.&nbsp;For example, smiths can produce the plate sets, leather processors the chain and leather sets and tailors the fabric sets.&nbsp;These sets are also adjusted with the start of a new PvP season, so that they always provide a good basis for starting in PvP.&nbsp;It is not yet clear whether this will happen through new recipes or an update of the existing recipes and will probably only be clarified with the start of Season 10.

PvP armor and weapons with no personal rating

With Cataclysm, PvP weapons can be bought and carried for the first time even without the personal arena rating that was previously required.&nbsp;The reason for the change is that players want to be given access to competitive weapons at a very early stage.&nbsp;This relief for beginners goes hand in hand with the above-mentioned fundamental changes to the old emblem system, ie the weapons that are at the current&nbsp;normal&nbsp;raid level will then be available for capture points. Questing&nbsp;is the most common way of leveling your character, regardless of the particular WoW Expansion. Due to that, our guide will be focusing mostly on questing. In general, it's also the fastest way of leveling your character. But it's important to know what zones to do, and which zones you should be skipping.

It has come to our attention that some people find questing boring from time to time. And we understand! Leveling from 1-70 can be a long journey, if it only includes questing and doesn’t take into account the acquisition of <a href="https://www.playerauctions.com/wow-classic-gold">WoW Classic gold</a>.

Because of that, we do recommend that you combine questing with dungeons from time to time. This also gives you more gear and items to kill mobs and do the quests faster.

If you can do&nbsp;Dungeons&nbsp;with a reliable group (for example a couple of your friends), that's always the best way. It avoids you from lack of communication with the group, which can avoid wiping and waste of time. In another way, it gets you to Level 70 on the Burning Crusade expansion faster.&nbsp;

There are some rumors that&nbsp;grinding&nbsp;can be the fastest way to level up a character in World of Warcraft: Burning Crusade. While grinding can be an effective way of leveling, it really needs to be done the right way.

For example, if you're a Frost Mage or Protection Paladin, you can use AoE spells and take advantage of big pulls, and get a lot of experience. But unless you know the perfect spot, and it fits your class and spec, we recommend doing questing and dungeons instead.

1-70 TBC Leveling Guide for Alliance and Horde

The zones and routes you should be doing is context based. For example, if you're Alliance, it's not worth going into certain zones that may be horde-favorable, because they consume too much time, and vise versa. Because of that, we have made a Leveling guide (1-70) for Alliance, and a guide for Horde.

Note regarding the alliance and horde guide: When a certain zone has a race specified, it does not mean that other races cannot go into these zones. Instead, it means we recommend that you ensure to as minimum complete the zone that is marked for your race.

For example, Elwyn Forest &amp; Westfall is marked for Humans, because it's the closest zone, and therefore fastest to level through. As a Dwarf/Gnome, you're also "allowed" to go there, but should only do if you already completed all your quests in Dun Morogh &amp; Loch Modan, and so forth.

But in order to be capable of doing quests fast and effectively (without dieing all the time) you should have proper items.&nbsp;As you know, items make your character stronger, and it's therefore easier to do questing.

There's nothing more frustrating than trying to complete quests (even yellow/orange quests), that your character is not strong enough for, due to lack of items.

There are a few ways to obtain good items for your character:

The Hearthstone is an item which has an 1 hour cooldown, and lets you return to your binded home-base. This is something you can really utilize to speed up the leveling.&nbsp;For example, if you often find yourself travel to a specific zone/area, you can talk to an Inkeeper nearby and use your Hearthstone to travel there. It saves you a lot of time, and therefore gets you faster to level 70 in TBC, or any other expansion.
