Lordaeron has 1X XP Rate, and PvP as realm-type. If you're into pure blizzlike servers, Lordaeron could be a good fit. I recommend Warmane and in particular Lordaeron to anyone searching for a blizzlike Wotlk realm. They have a massive high population, and it's very active. Always possible to find groups for dungeons etc.

Tauri WoW offers several realms, and is known for their extremely high quality. In this case, their most popular MoP Server is their Mist of Pandaria Realm called Evermoon. Evermoon, by Tauri, is a blizzlike international <a href="https://zremax.com/expansion/mop-private-servers/" rel="noopener noreferrer">MoP Private Server</a> with an English and Hungarian Community. Evermoon has a Cross Realm Battleground system implemented, as well as Cross Realm Dungeon Finder &amp; Cross Realm Raid Finder system. As a result, the battlegrounds, dungeons, and raids are very active because it connects players across from their different MoP realms, and socializes them to ensure there are enough of players online. Evermoon is a 2X rated MoP server, and is a great server if you want to enjoy and play Mist of Pandaria content and you care about quality. It is probably the Best MoP Private Server in terms of scripting. They offer VIP features on their Evermoon realm, though. Evermoon is Tauri's English server, with an XP rate of 2. It has very decent scripts, and Tauri is known for exactly that. If you are looking for a Mist of Pandaria Server, I can definitely recommend it.

It's an English-speaking server and is probably the most popular server for this expansion. Icecrown, from Warmane, has a very active and healthy population. It's usually around 7000-9000 players online. It's not very often that we see servers with such a high population. Shop: Gear, Levels, Gold, Characters. Icecrown is one of the most popular wotlk servers, and is high-rated. I recommend it to everyone who don't want 1x rates. Warmane has been running for many years, and in my opinion is very stable. 

Highrated Wotlk Server

WoWFreakz is a <a href="https://zremax.com/expansion/bfa-private-servers/">BFA Private Server</a>, offering their BFA realm called Felsong. WoW Freakz is one of the most popular BFA Private Servers as of today and has an international community as well as a Russian community.
Felsong (WoWFreakz) has flexible XP rates, meaning they offer X10 rates on level 1-90, and X7 rates on 900-100 and X3 on 100-100.

WoW Freakz is a popular choice when selecting a BFA Private Server. It has a large amount of players online, is an active server, and has affordable scripting. In general, there aren't too many decent BFA Private Servers out there, and people tend to claim that currently WoW Freakz is the best one, although it has gotten complains for its scripting too.

If you like BFA and want to experience the content, as well as playing on a highrated server, and you care about a high amount of players online, WoWFreakz might be a great fit for you.

WoWFreakz is the best legion server available at this moment. However, it still has a plenty of bugs, like any other Legion server, but WoWFreakz has a certain quality in my opinion. A good server if you want to play Legion.
