What is a Legion Repack?

A repack for Legion gives you the possibility to have your own server, and helps you setting it up very quickly. You will however not be able to modify the source-code, but only the data files (dbc, vmaps etc.), as well as the databases. For the beginners, and for the hobby-fans, that's however more than enough.

A Legion Repack is playable on the World of Warcraft: Legion expansion, which is patch 7.3.5. Because of that, you must have a Legion WoW Client that matches this patch, to log ingame and experience the content. Down below, we help you get started, by informing you how to set it up properly.

You might ask yourself why you should download a Legion Repack, instead of simply playing on an existing Legion Private Server? If so, we understand! The are scenarios where you want to be playing on a 7.3.5 WoW local server, instead. Let's elaborate!

On a local 7.3.5 WoW Repack (for example by SPP), you will be able to play locally, and be your own GM. If you want to have access to GM-commands, you can do so. Also, if you would like to play alone, with friends/family and limited to only this community, it's also a favorable choice.

By playing solo, you will basically be restricting anyone else, and have full control of your own game. There's a big community that prefers playing alone, or play with the Single Player Concept, which luckily, is provided by one of the Legion Repacks.

SPP Legion Repack

This is currently version 4, and is provided by Conan and their team, so big credits to them.

It consists of a lot of features that is optimized for solo play. This includes Solocraft, SoloLFG.

The way to set it up, is by the following:

How to use it:

Download any World of Warcraft 7.3.5 any version
Download this repack and extract it somewhere
Edit the supported game version both in bnetserver.conf and worldserver.conf files before starting the servers
Start the servers one by one 1_Database+Web.bat -> 2_Bnetserver.bat -> 3_Worldserver.bat
Open the World of WarcraftWTFConfig.wtf file with a text editor and change the SET portal line to SET portal "127.0.0.1" Note: In case the server won't boot up, run the update again. The feedback from testers and players, are that the Starting Zones are really great, the Legion Dungeons/Raids as well, compared to other similar links, and that it's overall a great version to use. UWoW Legion Repack

This is the second version we provide, in case you want something else than what the SPP project has provided.

It is said that it includes Legion Systems, quests, dungeons, class and spell fixes, including Artifacts, Challenge Mode, Class Halls, and more.

The Repack is based on TrinityCore, and then improved by UWOW.

The SPP Legion Repack does not containg anything but Updater.vbs There's no 1_Database+Web.bat or others batch files ðŸ˜•

You can use OpenSSL 1.0 (not lite version) and use the .dlls from that, and it should be solved.

I did this to fix the above issue, but now when I go to open the servers, opening the Bnetserver says "The ordinal 407 could not be located in the dynamic link library". Any way to fix this?

I downloaded the SPP Legion Pack and it doesn't work. I can't get the web server to run correctly. I keep getting this error when Apache runs..."spp-httpd.exe: Syntax error on line 79 of E:/WoW Legion Core/SPP V2 Year 1 Repack/Tools/Apache24/conf/httpd.conf: Cannot load modules/mod_access_compat.so into server: The specified module could not be found." Also I double checked to see if "mod_access_compat.so" is in the module folder and it is. Why would the program not see it there? I run all the .bats as Administrator...

For the web-server, I would recommend using an external service, such as Xampp if you're on Windows :)

A 0xc000007b is a missmatch between 32 and 64-bit. Try downloading OpenSSL 64-bit (not lite), and copy the .dll files.

It might be because you need Windows 10 instead of Windows 8, but I'm not fully sure.

spp repack need a password to download the file from mediafire and there are no information available on the net.

any idea how to extract the sql databases and import them to mysql? I tried running the mysql.bat file and with sqlyog export them, then start mysql server and import them, but always get errors.

I had problem on second repack with "No realms currently avalible", but it was solved with use of right client (uwow.biz client). Now there is a problem that I can't create bnet account - bnet create CLI command under processing... There is no such command

I downloaded the uwow legion repack and the legion client but seem to be running into a problem. I checked the client version on logon screen and it's 7.3.5 (26972). But when I saw the repack it just says 7.3. Would I need to download a 7.3 client or is there another 7.3.5 client needed. I get an error on the logon screen saying no realms available

Got repack, set it up all well. Added https://github.com/masterking32/WoWSimpleRegistration When account is created it goes to "battlenet_account" while "Account" db is not changed. When trying to login it works but unable to connect to realm. Any ideas?
