TwinStar - Apollo III

Completely corrupted and degenerate staff members (you can even buy items from them). Unwilling to help any players with any of their problems and even makes fun of them. PvP is in a terrible state where nothing is fixed for years. Some basic masteries and spells do not work correctly. Quests are the only good thing about it, nothing else. Faldal really ran this into the ground.
