Being honest the solution they give at this point is just lame , is not full scripted and they just make fake spectatives that the server will be better later with a patch or just more lies , i used be a member of the staff when they got shadowlands and legion too working very bugged.. honestly as a person with moral i dont recommend it due the same. dont waste time giving it a chance you will be dissapointed less 1 hour.
