GearScoreLite

GearScore is a minimalist addon designed to provide player and item scores via tooltips. It operates without a database, graphical user interface (GUI), in-game armory, addon communications, or significant system resource usage. Just hover over a player to view their Gear calculation or an item to see its GearScore.
